Once running smoothly I can assist you in hiring standalone HR, providing mentorship until they are ready to go it alone.
If you chose to hire at operational level I can continue as your part time HRD to ensure they work off strategic people plans to support your business plan.
Consulting Business Owners
It is often a lonely place to be. I can be your confidante. Offering you coaching and support on your challenges, holding up the mirror with a more direct approach then you have from your team.
I can help you map out a people strategy to enable your business plans.
Guiding your existing HR team
If you already have in house HR at operational level I can review how the function is run to give full confidence you have everything covered, providing recommendations.
If you need more strategic support I can help define the long term people plan and build the HR Teams annual goals.
I can then train or mentor your HR Team through new experiences and taking on or supporting complex projects.

She has carefully navigated very sensitive work situations that require maturity as well as humility.
Natalie also has passion for combining both business partnership and organizational development where possible in her work, resulting in high quality results.
